We operate 15 stores in 8 states.Job DescriptionSummary:Responsible for using creative abilities to offer professional interior design recommendations to the client, meeting a predetermined budget by performing a set of duties.Duties and Responsibilities:Include, but are not limited to, the following essential functions:Utilizes current line-up of furniture and accessories in order to showcase them in various floor plan layouts, according to the client’s specifications and desiresOffers professional suggestions on color schemes, and finishes, to compliment accessoriesResponsible for adapting to a client’s taste and habits to meet strict budget requirementsUses artistic and creative talent to help influence a pre-established good business senseExamines material and product samples before presenting a detailed plan and sketch to clientsStudies, researches, and masters current color trends, furniture styles, and design techniquesNetworks within the community, resulting in new business opportunitiesAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clientsAbility to formulate environmental plan to be practical, aesthetic, and conducive to intended purposes, such as raising productivity or selling merchandisePerforms other duties as assignedWork Environment:The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
